Description
The Blond Bombshell, whose movies from 1947 to 1961 left a legacy that has outlived every era she passed through. She wasn’t just a movie star — she became the face of Hollywood’s golden age, the symbol of glamour, confidence, and sensuality. Her image is instantly recognizable around the world, and collectors chase anything that captures even a fraction of her presence. That’s why a piece like this matters. It doesn’t just show the Blond Bombshell; it carries the spirit of what made her unforgettable.
This free‑standing mirror began its life hanging above the fireplace in our front room. When we remodeled, I saved every inch of that mirror, knowing it deserved a second life. I learned how to cut and properly prepare mirror glass, then stored the pieces for future projects. Every mirror I create now comes from that original source — a piece of our home transformed into something meaningful.
This mirror features a laser‑etched portrait of the Blond Bombshell, engraved directly on the back of the glass. By removing the mirrored paint with precision, her face appears as if it was always meant to be there — emerging from the reflection itself. The result is a striking, dimensional portrait that changes with the light and draws attention from across the room.
For collectors, this isn’t just another Blond Bombshell item. It’s a one‑of‑a‑kind display piece made from reclaimed mirror glass, crafted by hand, and designed to stand freely on any shelf, dresser, or display case. It brings together artistry, history, and the timeless magnetism of the Blond Bombshell in a way mass‑produced memorabilia never can. If you’re building a serious Blond Bombshell collection, this piece doesn’t just fit in — it completes the story.
If you ever want a custom 4×6 mirror with the Blond Bombshell or another design, I can create it too. Every piece is cut, engraved, and finished with care, giving old mirror glass a new purpose and giving collectors something truly worth showing off.
