Effective date: October 1, 2026
This policy explains how Laser Etching Etcetera LLC handles cancellations, exchanges, and problems with orders placed on laseretchingetcetera.net.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase by emailing or calling us. After that, your item may already be in production.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be returned in their original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept returns for a refund except as described below.
Items That Can’t Be Exchanged
Personalized and custom items. Because these are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or were made incorrectly. Please carefully check all spelling and details before ordering or approving a proof.
Bulk orders. Orders of 10 or more of the same item are special orders and are non-returnable unless defective.
Digital downloads. Digital files are delivered instantly and are final once purchased. If you have a problem with one of our files, contact us and we’ll help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, photograph the item, the shipping box, and the packaging, then contact us promptly. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Tracking is provided when your order ships. If a package is delayed or missing, contact us so we can review the tracking and help with the carrier.
Natural Variations
Wood is a natural material, so every item has its own grain, color, knots, marks, and pattern. Reclaimed wood may also contain nail holes, weathering, and other signs of its previous life. These natural variations are part of each product’s character and are not considered defects.
