What materials do you work with?
We work with wood, acrylic, glass, metal, stone, and other materials — including reclaimed and repurposed materials whenever possible — using laser cutting, precision engraving, and full-color UV printing.
Do you make custom or personalized items?
Yes! Custom projects are always welcome, from a single personalized gift to a larger business or group order. Reach out through our Contact page and we’ll work with you on a design that fits your needs.
Will I see a proof before you make my custom order?
For larger or more complex custom orders, yes — we’ll share a proof for your approval before production. For smaller or simpler personalizations, we go straight into production, so please double-check spelling and details when you order.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders are made within 1–3 business days before they ship. Larger custom or bulk orders may take a little longer, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case for yours.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes — it depends on our current workload. Contact us before ordering if you need something by a specific date, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.
Do you offer free shipping, and do you ship internationally?
Yes, all orders ship free. We’re a U.S.-based shop — if you’re located outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us first and we’ll see what we can arrange.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, and we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Because most items are custom-made, personalized pieces can’t be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged — in that case we’re happy to make it right. Do you do bulk or business orders?
Yes — we work with businesses on branded and bulk orders, from corporate gifts to larger group orders. Visit our Business & Corporate Gifts category or contact us to get started.
I bought a digital file (PDF/ebook) — how do I access it?
Digital downloads are available right after checkout, and you can always come back for them later by logging into My Account > Downloads on our site.
How do I care for my laser-etched or engraved item?
Keep wood and acrylic pieces dry and out of prolonged direct sunlight to keep the engraving and finish looking their best. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid soaking or harsh chemical cleaners.
